Autumn Meditation & Nutrition

This yoga practice will explore balancing out the Vata time of the year – Autumn. Guided meditation and a mindful snack will round out this practice focussing on creating and maintaining more balance in your life this fall.
Pay in person or online by Oct. 17.
$25. for 2 hour workshop and healthy snack! Mats and props provided. Please dress comfortably. Keep your morning meal small and light!
