Ecstatic Dance explores a freeform movement experience. We invite you to celebrate music and freedom in movement at Skater’s Cabin, Saturday, November 18, 8-10pm.
Please observe the following guidelines:
Be PRESENT : No cell phones/cameras
Be EMBODIED: No talking
Be CLEAR: No intoxicants
Be CONSENSUAL: Listen for a yes, respect a no
Be HERE: No outside shoes
Be FREE: Dance how you want to, no judgment.
Step onto the dance floor and discover ways to express your whole self, even the frightened parts we hide.
Come and go as you please, observing the guidelines above.
Skaters cabin will be cozy and warm with the wood stove burning brightly and weather permitting, possible bonfire outside.
This event is ordered FREE as part of the Fall Retreat.
