Settle into a gentle yoga practice exploring the 3 “Doshas” in Ayurveda and discover your mind-body type. Learn a mudra and listen to chants that ease digestion followed by a light snack with a guided meditation. $25. for 2 hour workshop and healthy snack. Pay in person. Mats and props provided. Please dress comfortably. Please note: Yoga cards are not valid for this workshop.
